How does delivery work?
We offer free delivery on all orders over £30 to anywhere in the UK. Otherwise, standard delivery within 2-4 working days, on average, costs £3.95 and express delivery within 1-2 days, on average, costs £4.95. We aim to dispatch all orders same day when placed before 12:30pm.
What is the size of Snuggz?
We have got the perfect fit for all ages from 3 - 103! Check out our size guide for more help on the best fit for you. Due to the longline nature of our hoodies, please ensure your size choice does not restrict a childs' ability to walk freely.
What is the difference between Snuggz Lite & Snuggz Original?We're glad you asked! Our Snuggz Lite range is our same, fantastic oversized hooded blanket, but without that warm, Sherpa fleece lining. Think super cosy and soft, but a lighter weight hoodie, allowing you to move more freely and enjoy all year round!
Do you have any Snuggz discount codes or promotions available?We regularly run offers and promotions exclusively for our newsletter customers. Make sure you sign up to receive our newsletters at the bottom of this page to be added to our mailing list, and we'll send you a little surprise over email!
Are Snuggz better than The Oodie?Depends what you prefer. Here at Snuggz, we pride ourselves on fantastic quality, unique styles designed in the UK and being the cosiest and softest hooded blanket on the market!
How do I wash and care for my Snuggz?
This couldn't be easier! All of the Snuggz range are machine washable at 40 degrees and are super quick to dry. Also, small spills and stains simply wash away, so you can be sure any little accidents are quick to sort!
Can I return my Snuggz?
To return your product, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to help.
Once we have received and inspected your return, we shall issue your refund that same day.
All Snuggz products must be returned to us with all tags and labels still intact in order to receive a refund.
Should you receive a faulty Snuggz product, please get in touch with us using the above email address or our Contact Us form and we will be happy to sort this for you.
Can I cancel or amend my order?
Unfortunately, once an order has been placed via our website, we are unable to cancel or amend any part of your order.
