Please note that all UK Standard deliveries are currently delayed due to the Royal Mail Industrial Strike Action.

We are expecting there to be continued delays due to the ongoing strikes throughout December causing a further backlog of parcels in the system.

Christmas Delivery

Due to the Royal Mail Industrial Action, we cannot guarantee that all orders placed will arrive before Christmas, however we are continuing to dispatch parcels within 48 hours of your order being received.

We anticipate all orders placed before December 18th to arrive in time for Christmas, however we cannot guarantee this.



For orders under £20, a £4.50 delivery charge will apply.

All Standard Delivery Orders are dispatched with Royal Mail 48.

This service covers all of the UK including highlands & islands.



This service typically arrives within 1-2 working days, however there may be delays to this service during peak periods. This is a tracked service that's available Monday to Friday to most UK postcodes.



£14 (up to 1.3kg), £26 (up to 4kg)

International Standard delivery to all EU member countries & non-EU member countries.  Please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery.

(up to 1.3kg), £40 (up to 4kg)

International Standard delivery to Australia, New Zealand and Canada.  Please allow up to 6 weeks for delivery during peak times.

We know you will absolutely love your new Snuggz, however, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase and wish to return your Snuggz for a refund, please get in contact with us via the Contact Us page or

We offer a 14 day returns policy - you must contact us within 14 days if you wish to request a return & refund.

The product being returned must be in an unused condition and returned with all bows and tags intact.

If your returned item arrives and is deemed unfit by our inspection team for any reason, we reserve the right to deny your refund.

If you need to return your Snuggz, please email the team with your order name and number, as well as the reason why you would like to return your item.

Once we have received your Snuggz and it has been inspected to ensure it is in an unused condition, we shall issue your refund.  You are responsible for ensuring that your return arrives back with us and all return shipping costs are non-refundable.
